Packing And Storage

The Net Weight Of Each Bag Is 50kg, And Shall Not Be Less Than 98% Of The Standard Weight. The Total Weight Of 20 Bags Randomly Selected Shall Not Be Less Than 1000kg. Other Packaging Forms Shall Be Determined By Both Parties Through Negotiation. During Transportation And Storage, It Shall Not Be Affected With Damp And Mixed With Sundries. It Shall Be Stored By Classification With Other Types Of Cement And Shall Not Be Mixed. The Storage Period Shall Not Exceed Three Months. If It Is Expired Or Becomes Caked Due To Moisture, It Can Only Be Used After Passing The Retest.

● No Additives Shall Be Added Without Test;

● It Shall Not Be Used In Contact With Unhardened Portland Cement Concrete; It Can Be Used In Contact With Portland Cement Concrete With Demoulding Strength, But The Joint Shall Not Be In A Damp State For A Long Time.

Matters Needing Attention

● During Construction, It Is Generally Not Allowed To Mix With Portland Cement, Lime And Other Cementitious Substances That Can Separate Calcium Hydroxide, And The Mixing Equipment Must Be Washed Before Use;

● It Shall Not Be Used For Works Contacting Alkaline Solution;

● Watering Curing Shall Be Carried Out Immediately After The Bond Hardens. Generally, It Is Not Suitable To Pour Mass Concrete:

● The Strength Of Refractory Concrete Decreases Greatly In The Later Period, And It Shall Be Designed According To The Minimum Stable Strength. The Minimum Stable Strength Value Of Ca-50 Binder Concrete Is Determined By Placing 50 Soil 2c Water For Curing After Demoulding, Whichever Is The Lower Of 7d And 14d Strength Values;

● If Steam Curing Is Used To Accelerate Concrete Hardening, The Curing Temperature Shall Not Be Higher Than 50c;

● When It Is Used For Reinforced Concrete, The Thickness Of Reinforcement Protective Layer Shall Not Be Less Than 60mm.
