In 2016, especially since the second half of the year, the state has increased investment in infrastructure construction, the real estate market has also improved, and the overall benefit of the precast concrete pile industry has rebounded. According to the introduction of Jianhua Building Materials, a comprehensive service provider of concrete products and technology headquartered in Jiangsu, the national building industrialization and housing industrialization were rapidly promoted in 2016, and Jianhua Building Materials followed the trend. While focusing on the main business of pile foundation, the product field was expanded to the fields of transportation, water conservancy, power, municipal and industrial civil construction, and achieved phased results. In 2017, the market continues to recover. Jianhua Building Materials will stick to the traditional market and expand the market application of traditional products in new fields. We will resolutely open up new markets and increase cooperation in product export and overseas inspection.

According to an industry leading enterprise in Zhejiang (East Zhejiang Building Materials), their overall sales volume and order situation last year were good. At the beginning of this year, the situation was good, with an increase in construction, and they are optimistic about the industry development in 2017.

A pile enterprise in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province also reported that their products had been in short supply just after the end of the year, and the order volume had increased by 30-50% over the same period last year. In addition to the original sales market, many pile products were also used in the photovoltaic field.

It was pointed out in the industry that the price of precast concrete piles also rose slightly by 7-8% due to the rise in the price of raw materials such as cement and steel. The order volume in 2016 increased by about 20% compared with the same period. The overall market situation is good. After the current year, about 80% of the enterprises have started construction, and they are quite optimistic about the market situation in the first half of 2017.
